We will ship your coffee within 2 business days upon receiving your order.
If you buy 4-6 pounds of coffee. Fat Boy Coffee Roasters will ship for FREE Using U.S.P.S Flat Rate Priority service.
Delivery is typically 2-3 days from the time USPS does a pick-up.
If you order 6 or more pounds we will ship using standard USPS or UPS shipping and it could take up to 7 days depending on your Zone.
Wholesale customers: We require that you discuss Shipping terms with us on an individual basis.
Guarantee & Return Policy
Sometimes things go wrong but we stand behind our product and we guarantee that it will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price for the damaged or unsatisfactory item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable if you received free shipping for your order. We just require that you email us with a full description of the issue within 21 days of purchase. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement within 1 or 2 billing cycles.
